In the 1952, she married
Fernando Lamas (their son
Lorenzowas born in 1958).
Shortly after she
gave birth to
Lorenzo, she began making less and less appearances in
both film and television.
Where are they now?
Fernando Lamas later divorced Dahl in 1960 to marry
Esther
Williams (Dahl later had two other children from two different
marriages), but the star was devoted to her son (later appearing in a
film with him in 1991).
From 1981 to 1984, she appeared on the soap
opera
One Life to Live.
Now retired and with 6 grandchildren, she now resides in both Palm Springs and New York City.
