John McVicar was recently evicted from a property in Battersea. He was paying rent to a crook called Peter Sainsbury from the POW Trust, who in turn never paid rent to his landlord. As the property was part residential part commercial court orders are needed to evict. Once a order has been obtained you need to then get court bailiffs to execute them. McVicar told the police that he would not go quitely and warned the bailiffs that there was black men with dogs in the basement. That shat the police up big time and the bailiffs got dog handlers to the scene. He eventually got kicked out and his Artnek Publishing company who is run by his dodgy looking wife, Valentino has been relocated. I got loads of shit on this bloke as I was closely connected with the whole eviction.
